We believe in…
The Doctrine of the Triune God
We affirm the mystery of the Triune Godhead, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14). This divine triad operates in perfect unity, each person fully God, yet distinct in role and relationship.
The Authority of Scripture
We believe that the Bible is the infallible and inspired Word of God, serving as the ultimate authority for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 4:12). It provides guidance, wisdom, and the revelation of God’s character and plan for humanity.
Salvation Through Christ
Salvation is found exclusively through Jesus Christ, whose substitutionary death on the cross offers redemption to all who believe (John 14:6; Romans 5:8). This grace is received through faith, not by works, ensuring that no one can boast (Ephesians 2:8-9).
Baptism by Immersion
We uphold baptism by immersion as a vital ordinance, symbolizing the believer’s identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection (Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:3-4). It is an outward sign of an inward transformation.
The Baptism of the Holy Spirit
We recognize the Baptism of the Holy Spirit as an empowering experience for believers, equipping them for service and witness (Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4). This experience is accompanied by spiritual gifts for the edification of the Church.
The Five-Fold Ministry
The Five-Fold Ministry, consisting of Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers, is divinely established for the perfecting of the saints and the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12). Each role is essential in equipping the body of Christ for service.
The Virgin Birth
We affirm the Virgin Birth of Jesus Christ, which affirms His divine nature and the fulfillment of prophecy (Isaiah 7:14; Luke 1:34-35). This miraculous event underscores the uniqueness of Christ as both fully God and fully man.
Divine Health and Healing
We believe in the promise of divine health and healing, recognizing that Jesus bore our sicknesses and infirmities (Isaiah 53:5; 1 Peter 2:24). Healing is a manifestation of God’s love and power in the life of the believer.
Deliverance
Deliverance from sin, bondage, and demonic oppression is available through the power of Jesus Christ (Luke 4:18; John 8:36). Believers are called to proclaim liberty and walk in the freedom that Christ provides.
The Prayer of Faith
We hold that the prayer of faith is powerful and effective, capable of meeting any need according to God’s will (James 5:16; Mark 11:24). Through prayer, we commune with God and align our hearts with His purposes.
Resurrection from the Dead
We affirm the doctrine of the resurrection from the dead, which promises eternal life to all who trust in Christ (1 Corinthians 15:20-22; John 11:25). This hope is foundational to our faith, assuring us of victory over death.
The Imminent Appearing of Our Lord Jesus Christ
We believe in the imminent return of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will gather His people and establish His kingdom (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Titus 2:13). This hope fuels our anticipation and motivates our mission.
The Second Coming of Jesus Christ
We affirm the Second Coming of Jesus Christ when He will return in glory to judge the living and the dead (Revelation 19:11-16; Matthew 25:31-32). This event will culminate in the fulfillment of God’s redemptive plan for humanity.

Preamble
In God’s Vision Ministries, we affirm that all matters of faith and conduct must be tested and guided by the Holy Scripture, which is God-breathed, authoritative, and without error (2 Timothy 3:16-17). As the revealed Word of God, Scripture speaks not only to our salvation but also to the order of creation and the sanctity of human life. Therefore, it is vital that we rightly divide and faithfully adhere to what God’s Word teaches concerning these truths.
We believe that God created humanity in His image, known as the Imago Dei, reflecting His glory and attributes (Genesis 1:26-27). Human life, in all its sacredness, begins at the moment of fertilization. In His boundless sovereignty, God has uniquely formed each human being, endowing them with special dignity, moral freedom, and individual responsibility, setting them apart from all other created things (Genesis 2:7). Each person is made for a relationship with God and to fulfill their divine calling as stewards over His creation (Genesis 1:28).
As the Psalmist declares, God has fashioned each person’s inmost being, intricately knitting them together within their mother’s womb (Psalm 139:13). Every human life is fearfully and wonderfully made by the hand of the Creator (Psalm 139:14). Before a single day of their life comes to pass, God has already ordained all the days appointed for them (Psalm 139:16), affirming His intimate knowledge and sovereign care over each individual life.
Therefore, we hold steadfast to the belief in the sacredness of all human life, from conception to natural death, as a reflection of God’s divine will and creative power.
Religious Beliefs
Based on the Holy Scripture, we believe:
From the moment of conception until natural death, every human life is sacred, for it has been uniquely created by God, in His image and likeness (Genesis 1:26-27). As the Psalmist proclaims, “You knitted me together in my mother’s womb… I am fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:13-14). From this moment of conception, every human being bears the imago Dei—the image of God—and thus must be recognized, respected, and protected as having the dignity and rights inherent to a person, including the inviolable right to life.
The right to life, as Scripture reveals, is not granted by society or the state but flows from the divine act of creation itself. Just as God breathed life into Adam and made him a living being (Genesis 2:7), so too does He breathe life into every human soul at the moment of conception. This right to life is intrinsic to the human person, and it is God who has decreed, “Thou shalt not kill” (Exodus 20:13). Because human life begins at conception, we are morally and spiritually obligated to protect it.
It is therefore against our religious and moral convictions to cooperate—either formally or materially—in the termination of unborn life. We are called to “rescue those being led away to death” (Proverbs 24:11) and to be a voice for the voiceless, as Christ Himself stood for the vulnerable and marginalized. Whether through surgical abortion or the use of any drugs, devices, or services that aim to prevent implantation or terminate life post-conception, the destruction of innocent life violates the sanctity of what God has created.
The Church and its ministers are entrusted with the prophetic task of bearing witness to the intrinsic worth and dignity of all human life (Jeremiah 1:5). As a people consecrated to God’s mission, we are called to proclaim to both society and the state that life, from the moment of conception to natural death, is inviolable. In the spirit of Christ, who came to bring life “and have it abundantly” (John 10:10), we are compelled to defend and preserve unborn life and to work for a society that recognizes and upholds the sacredness of life in all its stages.
Holy Scripture
In standing against abortion, this organization firmly grounds its position in the authority of Holy Scripture, drawing upon the foundational teachings of God’s Word as affirmed by Christian denominations that openly and vocally oppose abortion. Among these are the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod, the Presbyterian Church in America, the Roman Catholic Church, and the Southern Baptist Convention.
The following scriptural references are incorporated as guiding principles:
- Psalm 139:13-16: “For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb… Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in Your book before one of them came to be.” This passage affirms the sanctity of life from conception, emphasizing God’s intimate involvement in the creation of every human being.
- Jeremiah 1:5: “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you, before you were born, I set you apart…” Here, God declares His knowledge and purpose for life before birth, reinforcing the belief that life in the womb is sacred and valued by the Creator.
- Exodus 20:13: “You shall not murder.” The Sixth Commandment establishes the inviolability of human life, which many denominations uphold as inclusive of life in the womb, interpreting abortion as a violation of this divine mandate.
- Luke 1:41-44: The account of John the Baptist leaping in his mother’s womb when Mary, pregnant with Jesus, visited Elizabeth, further illustrates the presence of life and spiritual awareness in the unborn.
These scriptures, along with the confessions and doctrinal teachings of the aforementioned Christian traditions, form the theological foundation for the sanctity of life and the protection of the unborn, reaffirming the Church’s call to uphold the dignity of every human life as made in the image of God (Genesis 1:27).

Early Church Fathers’ Statements on Sanctity of Human Life
Thus saith the Word of the Lord through the prophet Jeremiah: “Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb, I sanctified thee” (Jeremiah 1:5). Indeed, the Creator who fashions us in the womb breathes His divine breath into us, just as He did in the beginning: “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and man became a living soul” (Genesis 2:7). How could the Almighty know us in the womb unless we were already living beings? “For God is not the God of the dead, but of the living” (Matthew 22:32).
Tertullian rightly declares, “It is not lawful to destroy that which has been conceived in the womb, for as long as blood flows through it, life is present.” This aligns with the divine ordinance forbidding the shedding of innocent blood (Deuteronomy 19:10).
Likewise, Chrysostom reproves the desecration of the womb, which was ordained for life, not for death, saying, “Why sow where the ground makes it its care to destroy the fruit? Where there are many efforts at abortion? Where there is murder before the birth … why dost thou abuse the gift of God and make the chamber of procreation a chamber for murder?” Is it not written, “Children are a heritage of the LORD, and the fruit of the womb is his reward” (Psalm 127:3)? Thus, to destroy life in the womb is to scorn God’s precious gift.
Augustine laments the depths of depravity that lead to such acts, writing, “This lustful cruelty… uses drugs to prevent conception, or if life has already begun, seeks to destroy the conceived seed.” He denounces those who would rather extinguish life than allow it to flourish, for “Lo, children are a heritage of the LORD” (Psalm 127:3). In his sermon, Augustine rebukes those who deny the sanctity of life in the womb, “You see how perverse they are… who, in their immaturity, seek abortion before birth.”
Barnabas, too, exhorts us: “Thou shalt not slay the child by procuring abortion; nor destroy it after it is born.” In these words, we find the early church’s unwavering defense of life, for “Thou shalt not kill” (Exodus 20:13), a command that applies to all, born and unborn.
Thus, as stewards of life, we are called to honor the sanctity of every human being, from conception to natural death, knowing that all life is formed by the hand of the Almighty.
Statement of Faith: Marriage & Human Sexuality
As followers of Christ, we affirm that all matters of faith and conduct must be grounded in the Holy Scriptures, our infallible and authoritative guide (2 Timothy 3:16-17). The Word of God speaks with clarity on the nature of humanity and the design of human relationships, including sexuality. Therefore, we must understand and convey the biblical teachings on these matters with humility and precision, following God’s revealed will.
We are steadfastly committed to the institution of home and family as established by God in Scripture. We believe that marriage, as ordained by God, is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, intended to reflect His divine purpose and design (Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4-6). In this union, marital fidelity is not just a command, but a reflection of Christ’s faithfulness to His Church (Ephesians 5:25-32).
Scripture also outlines the distinct and complementary roles within the family, honoring the roles of husbands and wives, fathers and mothers, and children (Colossians 3:18-21; Ephesians 6:1-4). These roles, when embraced, reflect God’s perfect wisdom and order. As we hold fast to these timeless biblical principles, we uphold the dignity of every individual, recognizing that the truth of God’s Word never changes, even as the world around us does (Isaiah 40:8; Hebrews 13:8). We are called to live out these truths in love and grace, for the glory of God and the flourishing of all families.

God’s Vision Ministries affirms that marriage is a divine institution ordained by God as the permanent, exclusive, and comprehensive union of one man and one woman, established as a “one flesh” relationship (Genesis 2:24). This covenant is intrinsically oriented toward procreation and the nurturing of biological family, reflecting the moral and spiritual unity between husband and wife. Through this union, marriage serves the public good by binding the father, mother, and child into a stable and loving family unit, which contributes to the flourishing of society (Genesis 1:27-28, Matthew 19:4-9, Ephesians 5:31-33).
Sexual Immorality: A Call to Holiness
God’s Vision Ministries upholds the belief that sexual relations are sanctified within the bonds of marriage. Sexual acts outside this covenant are considered sinful and contrary to God’s design. As such, members are called to resist and abstain from all forms of sexual immorality, including but not limited to adultery, fornication, incest, pornography, and same-sex sexual acts. God’s Vision Ministries teaches that God created humanity in His image, both male and female, each possessing equal dignity but distinct in their sexual identity (Genesis 1:26-28). Members are called to affirm and embrace their biological sex as a gift from God. Any attempt to alter or reject one’s God-given sex—whether through elective surgery, cross-dressing, or gender identification contrary to biological reality—is viewed as inconsistent with the divine order of creation (Romans 1:26-32, 1 Corinthians 6:9-11).
Sexual Orientation: Affirming God’s Design
Human sexuality, according to God’s Vision Ministries, is designed by God to be expressed in the conjugal union between one man and one woman. This relationship is ordered towards the creation of new life and the establishment of family. - Grace and Redemption We acknowledge that God’s grace is sufficient to cleanse all guilt and sin, offering redemption through Christ’s sacrifice. However, the natural consequences of sin often remain, calling us to walk in the newness of life through sanctification, as we pursue holiness in every aspect of our lives.

The Executive Board, as stewards of the ministry’s theological integrity, holds the final authority on matters of theology, Christian philosophy, and moral conduct, ensuring that the ministry’s life application is faithful to divine truth and sound doctrine.
Application: Living Out Our Faith As Christians, we are called to live in a way that reflects our faith in Christ and adherence to biblical principles. This includes:
